Accessibility Statement

This page is maintained by RSVPath to answer common questions about RSVPath. Last updated: July 2026.

Our commitment

RSVPath is committed to providing an accessible experience across our public website, our event management platform and the guest-facing invitation, RSVP and event pass experience. We are continuously working to improve accessibility and align our experiences with recognized accessibility standards.

What we work on

  • Keyboard navigation across pages, menus, dialogs and forms
  • Screen reader compatibility using semantic landmarks and labels
  • Alternative text for meaningful images
  • Colour contrast in text, buttons and status indicators
  • Clear form labels, required-field indication and error messages
  • Visible focus states on interactive elements
  • Accessible buttons, links and controls
  • Responsive layouts for desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile
  • An accessible guest RSVP and check-in pass experience

Video accessibility

The product video on our home page uses the browser's native video controls, which can be operated by keyboard. Captions are provided as an optional, selectable caption track that is off by default — you can turn captions on or off using the CC control in the player. Captions are not burned into the video.

The video is designed to be understandable without sound or captions: the key concepts appear on screen as text, and the same information is available in written form across our home page, Features page and Help Center.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a finished state. We have not completed a formal third-party accessibility audit, so we do not claim full conformance with any specific standard. We review accessibility as we build new features and fix issues as we find them or as they are reported to us.

Reporting an accessibility barrier

For accessibility questions or to report an accessibility barrier, contact us at hello@rsvpath.com. Please tell us the page or feature involved and what you experienced, and we will follow up.
